- CIBC Caribbean Bank (Bahamas) Limited. This entity includes our operations in the Bahamas and Turks & Caicos Islands. It is a licensed under Bahamian law, and regulated and supervised by the Central Bank of The Bahamas, The Securities Commission of The Bahamas and the Turks and Caicos Islands Financial Services Commission respectively.
- FirstCaribbean International Bank (Cayman) Limited covers our operations in Cayman Islands, the Netherlands Antilles (St. Maarten) and the British Virgin Islands respectively. This entity is a licensed bank, regulated and supervised by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority, the Central Bank of St. Maarten, and the Financial Services Commission of the British Virgin Islands respectively.
- CIBC Caribbean Bank (Jamaica) Limited covers our operations in Jamaica. It is a licensed bank regulated and supervised by the Bank of Jamaica and the Financial Services Commission of Jamaica.
- CIBC Caribbean Wealth Management Bank (Barbados) Limited relates to our international wealth management operations only. This entity is a licensed international financial services institution and is regulated and supervised by the Central Bank of Barbados.
- CIBC Caribbean Bank (Trinidad & Tobago) Limited covers our operations in Trinidad and Tobago. It is a licensed Commercial Bank and is regulated and supervised by the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago and Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission.
