Before your card is ready to use, it must be activated. Activate it durectly in the CIBC Caribbean Mobile App or Online Banking by  navigating to the 'Manage My Cards' section. Once completed, you'll be all set to make secure purchases right away. 

It is important to make your first transaction at any point-of-sale terminal using your PIN. After that, you're all set for contactless payments. 

Protect your Visa Debit card with a secure PIN of your choice. Once you've activated your card, follow the next prompt to choose a PIN. Remember, your PIN is personal and should never be shared with anyone. This keeps your transactions secure and ensures peace of mind.

Freeze/Unfreeze: Lost your card? Instantly freeze it from your app to prevnt unauthorised use, and unfreeze it just as easily if it's found. If you believe it be stolen, be sure to call us and let us know at our Card Centre at 1 866-743-2257. 

Transaction Alerts: Get real-time updates on your spending, keeping you informed and in charge. Transaction alerts are automatically turned on and you will receive notification to your mobile device with every transaction.  

Replacement cards: Need a new card? Request a replacement directly from the Mobile App or Online Banking without any hassle.
