We currently serve as Trustee for both unilateral and bilateral trust structures and are capable of servicing stand-alone, single-unit, series or umbrella trust structures offering different investment objectives to clients. Our services cover the entire lifecycle of the trust from inception – including the review of documentation and agreements, the registration of the trust with relevant authorities and account opening with service providers. We will also support you through the daily operations of the trust, including liaising with service providers and investors, to overseeing desired regulatory or investor-driven changes to constitutional documentation, and financial statement preparation with audit firms. Finally, we can assist you through to the wind down and closure of the trust, once the financial objective of the structure has been satisfied.
